Green Lodge - Cressa, Provincia di Novara

Graziosi appartamenti in complesso residenziale di edificazione in stile inglese, con spazi verdi aperti, senza recinzioni oscuranti e massicce, nemmeno suddivisi da barriere di separazione essendo area pubblica, fruibile da ogni residente di questo villaggio.
La posizione è un po' decentrata rispetto alla stazione, bar principali, chiesa primaria, farmacia, etc. (è però quasi adiacente al vicolo ove è collocato l'ufficio postale, la scuola elementare ed il centro storico di origine più antica, tuttora abitato), anche se la locazione è la migliore del territorio di Cressa, essendo di fronte al fiume che scorre intorno al praticello che separa dall'edificio e dal corridoio pedonale. Curato nei dettagli, risulta all'esterno ed internamente molto grazioso e i ponticelli che sovrastano il rio, tra gli spazi verdi, donano una sensazione di pace e serenità.

Una bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, con arredi e servizi moderni ma dall’atmosfera rustica e rilassante di una casa in campagna. Ottima posizione sia per il Golf Club di Bogogno che come snodo strategico da Malpensa per visitare il lago di Como, il tutto allietato da un personale qualificato e gentilissimo.

הטיסה שלנו התבטלה בגלל המלחמה ולמרות שהזמנו את הבית עם פשרות ביטול, הטיסה שלנו בוטלה כשכבר נכנסנו לתקופה שביטול הדירה גורר תשלום מלא. ביקשנו מבעל הבית לוותר לנו ולבטל או לשלם קנס חלקי והוא לא הסכים. במקומות אחרים שהזמנו עבור היול הזה, כן הסכימו לבטל ווויתרו על התשלום. בסוף לקחנו טיסה אחרת. הבית בסדר. מטבח גדול. המארח נותן שמפו וסבון. הבית נקי. המארח השאיר סבון כלים ו4 טבליות למדיח. מדרגות לקומה שניה גבוהות. מי שלא רגיל לטפס כמה פעמים ביום יסבול מאוד. בחלק מהחדרים אין מזגנים. כדי שיהיה קר בחדר ללא מזגן, צריך להדליק מזגן בחדר אחר ולישון עם דלתות פתוחות. התארחנו 2 משפחות בטיול משותף, זה היה פחות מתאים. לבית 3 קומות. בקומה תחתונה יש ריח של עובש. מסתבר שכשהגענו והמארח הראה לחברה שלי שאעתה נסענו, את הדירה, המארחת סיפרה שהייתה להם הצפה בקומה תחצונה. חבל שלא עדכנו לפני ההגעה שלנו. בעיניי זה חוסר הגינות. הילדים ישנו שם 4 לילות. לא מצאנו איפה לטייל באזור. נסענו לטורין נסיעה של שעה בכביש אגרה, כל כיוון 12 אירו. נסענו לגנואה בכביש אגרה, נסיעה של שעתיים, כל כיוון 17 אירו. בסמוך לבניין יש דשא נחמד. העניין הוא שיש המון יתושים. לא על כל החלונות יש רשתות. אני כולי עקוצה.

In den Herbstferien sind wir bereits sehr früh am Morgen in der Green Lodge angekommen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und durften auch schon gleich in die Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hell und freundlich. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Über eine Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und ins Badezimmer. Die Dusche ist sehr geräumig. Auch der Eingang zur Ferienwohnung ist schön und großzügig gestaltet. Ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen direkt vor der Eingangstüre lädt zum Verweilen ein. In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich das Golfresort Bogogno (kann sogar zu Fuß erreicht werden). An unserem letzten Tag habe ich um einen Late-checkout gebeten. Dies war sofort problemlos möglich…man hat mir sogar angeboten, bis zum Abend zu bleiben, da die Ferienwohnung am Folgetag nicht vermietet war. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und werde sicherlich wiederkommen.

Fantastic and stylish villa, fully equipped!

It is a brand new and stylishly decorated villa, fully equipped.  Beds were made up on arrival.  Good air conditioning.  It is large the house, our children loved the basement and had claimed it as their domain. So for parents more rest on the ground floor with nice armchair, sofa, plenty of chairs. Second floor was also stylish with third nice bathroom and lovely beds. Garden is nicely landscaped, beautiful green lawn. Nice terrace at the front with French doors and everywhere good screens in the windows to keep out insects. The hostess is always ready to help you with what you still miss or need. Fantastic place to unwind. There is a lot to do in the area if you are willing to drive 30 minutes to the various villages and lakes in the neighborhood. Nice to walk to the local bar to step inside for a drink or ice cream and the village chapel is surprisingly beautiful and rich on the inside. The pastor spontaneously gave us a tour because of festivities that were taking place that week and brought us to hidden rooms to see special treasures and relics. Green Lodge has many things to offer. We will certainly come back!

Les lofts sont très très propres, bien décorés, super bien équipés, on a plus envie d'en sortir ! Ce n'est pas très loin du lac d'Orta et du Mac Majeur tout en étant au calme. Je vous recommande cet endroit !

Loué sur Airbnb, accueil et service parfait. Rapport qualité prix vraiment bon pour un studio tout équipé et dans un style superbe. Recommande vraiment si vous prévoyez de visiter la région, d’aller au lac de Côme ou à Milan par exemple.
